  • Designs, code, and materials created as part of DevOps On-Demand belong solely to you.
  • Service plans and details can be found on our website.
  • New users get a free trial period.
  • The service starts with a kickoff call and GitHub repository.
  • Requests should align with the service catalog and plan.
  • We aim for 48-hour delivery on reasonable requests. More complex requests may need adjusted timelines.
  • Communication policies and escalation processes will be followed.
  • We accommodate reasonable requests within plan scopes flexibly.
  • Support levels differ based on the subscription plan.
  • Billing, cancellation, confidentiality, limitations, disclaimers also apply.
